GOLDfren brake lines are manufactured with top quality materials consisting of three layers. First, a nonstick inner layer of PTFE Teflon® that is capable of withstanding thermal loads of up to 250°C. The mid layer is a highly resistant stainless steel braiding (INOX-Stahlflex). And the outer layer is a protective plastic layer resistant to weathering and moisture.

The brake line fittings and banjos are made by CNC Technology using high quality duralumin.

GOLDfren brake lines are designed to optimize pressure points and eliminate expansion, thereby generating the greatest brake power effectiveness and requiring less force to operate. They provide reliable service and longer lifetime, and improve braking performance by shortening the braking distance.

die Edelstahlpresshülse im unteren Teil ist mit der Zange zu erfassen, in das Auge des Ringfittings z.B. einen Schraubenzieher einstecken und sehr vorsichtig den Ringfitting nur in einer Drehrichtung im Bereich bis max. 180 Grad umdrehen.
